Submission of papers
Authors are invited to submit their full papers by 31st January 2010. The total length of the paper should not exceed ten pages for full papers and four pages for workshop position papers (in the prescribed template), including all figures, tables and references. A comprehensive set of instructions for preparing camera ready papers can be found here, and the LaTeX2e template is available here. We do not encourage the use of Microsoft Word, particularly as the layout of the pages (the position of figures and paragraphs) can change between printouts. However, we do provide the relevant template. Please refer to this before submission.
All papers should be submitted via the conference paper submission web site (you only need to create an account if you have not used the conference-papers website before). Please upload the following as one zip file:
- Final PDF file.
- Source (input) files:
- For example, LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures.
- RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX).
- Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN.
Review and publication
All papers will be reviewed by at least two members of the International Programme Committee. Accepted papers will receive detailed instructions to authors on the finalisation of the camera-ready copy, along with any comments forwarded by the reviewers. Authors may also be invited to revise their papers for poster presentation, at the discretion of the International Programme Committee. Details of the audio-visual equipment available for the presentations will also be forwarded at this time.
All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, in both print and CD formats. Selected papers will be considered for publication in a special issue of the main sponsoring journal, Internet Research. In addition, further papers, focussing on relevant topics, may be selected for inclusion in the journals Information Management & Computer Security or Campus-Wide Information Systems.
